As hard as it might be, you need to DRINK UP and hydrate your body. You should be drinking your body weight in ounces of water but if you're like me that is HARD! I add Liquid IV to help me get through it each day.

Exercise. Move your body for at least 30 minutes a day. It's good for your body but also your mind. Get out and go for a walk, ride a bike, or turn up your jam and get your workout on!

I try to start each day with a protein-packed breakfast. It starts my day not only on a full stomach but it lasts so that I am not snacking all throughout the day. Get your protein in FIRST THING! It's a game-changer.

A positive mindset can be the difference between "making it through the day" and THRIVING in your daily life. Be present. Be grateful for the abundance of blessings in your life. We all have them, even if some days you have to look harder to see them.

This one makes me laugh because, no matter what, this one rarely happens for me- even when I plan it. I constantly have a toddler in my bed, BUT I do go to bed early in hopes that one night I will get a FULL 8 hours again. One can dream!

Wear outfits you love that boost your self-confidence. Put on those leggings that perk up your booty. Wear that bra that makes the girls stand a little taller. LOVE yourself and remember to dress accordingly.

Wear clothes you love

It doesn't have to be a daily thing, but at least once a week, take some time AWAY from your phone and social media. The break will do wonders for your mental health.

Self-love looks different to everyone. Maybe it's taking a long hot bath with bubbles once a week. Maybe it's hiding in your closet enjoying a sweet treat with no interruptions. Or, perhaps it's setting aside time for meditation JUST for you. Whatever it is...you do you, boo-boo!

A clean space can do WONDERS for my mood. When the office, kitchen, or even our bedroom is messy, I cannot seem to concentrate or function until my space is clutter-free and organized. Cleaning up and organizing your space allows your mind to feel clear of distractions!
